Factory-Kit is designed to be self-hosted. It runs on your machine machine and in your CI. We are working on a hosted version, where we can run automated checks across multiple code bases. This is a read-only control plane for AI-generated apps. Connect Vercel, Supabase, and GitHub, and watch for drift across every project.

The problem

You manage three or more deployed projects. Each may have different contributors that are prompting code into existence. The speed of your deployments are increasing, but so is the drift between projects.

One project has a clean design with semantic tokens while another has hardcoded classes.
Two projects have proper unit testing while another has not started.
Three projects manage context well with issue tracking while a fourth has everything loaded in .md files.

Drift doesn’t present itself on your existing vendor dashboards. Vercel won’t read each of your Supabase instances to detect bad schemas. Anthropic is not enforcing common GitHub Actions. The space between vendors is where your apps drift — and where no one watches.

What it does

Inventory

Creates one global view of all your production applications. A single space to monitor updates to your live deployments.

Drift detection

Weekly diffs against your named conventions. This gives you an always-on view of recent changes that create drift between named standards.

Judgment overlay

Every finding cites the pattern it violates. Failures read like “your Supabase enforces RLS on 8 tables, but factory-auth.md says 12 should be locked.”

Output

Weekly digest. A dashboard to view changes to all your surfaces (GitHub PRs, Vercel Deployments, etc.)

Your conventions

We developed factory-kit as a baseline. You can use our conventions and choose to author your own. Engineers deserve to codify their judgment from their experience. We enable you to codify your own skills, commands, and agents on top of our foundation.

We then take whatever you author and turn it into a check that runs against all of your connected project. Your custom conventions get measured alongside factory-kit’s defaults.

We run five active projects across Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, Cloud Run, and Neon. We can’t keep them coherent without it.

Each project ships 3× faster than the one before it. None of them is 3× faster to maintain.
